Four meals and one snack..Good Day.

Drink of water at 5:30 am 20 oz Iced Tea

Breakfast at 5:30 am: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup, cup of coffee

24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Limeade

2nd Breakfast, about 9:30: 3 eggwhites, 2 slices rye toast, 2 slice tomato, cup of coffee

24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

Lunch: about 1:30: 4 oz pork chops, 1/4 cup lima beans,  1 small baked sweet potato

24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

Snack: animal crackers, 2T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

24 oz Drink Mix,

Snack: 1/2 apple (the other half from this morning)

Dinner at 6:30 pm: 1/4 lb ground beef burger, 2/3 cup home made (competition) chili

Fat: 67.1
Carbs: 145.3
Protein: 119.9

Actually not bad. Pretty good.

You did great and on a furlough day! I could of done better; was not in my usual routine.
0800-protein drink
0900-Subway breakfast sandwich with top of muffin removed
1300-2 slices cheese delite pizza
1430-1 small cookie, 10 grapes and 1 ounce cheese-DD School Halloween Party
1900-3 0z chicken,1/3 brown rice,steamed brocoli
2100- I think an apple and peanut butter later.
1 hour of Yoga- it is harder than it sounds-Gentle Yoga is the description. I would hate to see rough yoga! Those poses are hard to hold; downward dog, plank, can't remember the rest. I will be glad to run tomorrow!
