Well, last night I really screwed up. My totals were really good so I thought I'd have dessert. I saw that sugar free lemon loaf in the fridge and thought I could increase the protein it in by putting peanut butter on it. Yeah, so I reached for it and saw the frosting in there too. mmmm frosting. I didn't remember that it was full sugar frosting until about 20 minutes later when I started getting seriously sick..So I felt okay this morning but afraid to eat..so I was gonna take it easy..

B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup

Snack: mozzarella cheese stick (x2)

Lunch: 2 cups home made chili with a slice of processed american cheese

Snack (lost my mind!) 4 sf chocolate covered graham cookies, 1T reduced fat peanut butter..(bleh, I was nauseous again for 2 hours!)

Dinner: salisbury steak with cheese and 1/4 mashed potato..

I'm totally done..Not feeling well at all.

Tomorrow will be better! I did okay so far but am working night shift at my second job so I do not have real totals because I will be eating more later. I brought snacks!
1000-2 fried eggs, 2 thin bacon, 1/3 C fried potatoes
1300-maybe 2 oz chicken with a bit of salsa and lettuce, few sprinkles of cheese. Ordered a chicken taco salad- yuck!
1600- 2 mini snickers
1730-lc tortilla, chicken breast rf cheese salsa, light sour cream- made at home and was good!
I brought an apple and peanut butter with me; I will eat that around 10 PM. I have animal crackers and 100 cal pack of pringles if I get snacky feeling later. I usually eat "lunch" around 2 or 3. I might have half a sandwich.
All my water; forgot to bring my calcium with me so will try to double up tomorrow or at least take it as ordered.
5 mile run outside; glad we went early because it poured later in the morning!
