Probably not the best idea I ever had but I've been up since 3 am..It sure makes the afternoon just DRAG and, truth be told, I tend to give in to my weaknesses when I don't get enough sleep!  Just not enough willpower when I don't get enough sleep.  

4:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles with small banana and sugar free syrup  

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:30 am 1 slice sugar free lemon loaf with 1 Tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter (yeah, bad news! I ate too early and this is the result)  

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Fruit Punch  

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat  

9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin Mango Tea  

9:45 am 1 plum  

11:45 am 2 oz tortilla chips, taco flavor...my holy lord this was the wrong thing to eat! I'm sure this is because of that lemon loaf! I made the mistake of sitting next to a big bowl of chips..So after 15 minutes of grazing, I left the party..bad girl!  

12:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade  

1:15 pm 3 celery stalks, raw, 3 carrots, raw  

2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated  

3:45 pm 1 medium apple (now that I've eaten my good carbs for the day, I'm ready to go home and pig out on PORK)and 1/4 sugar free chocolate bar (oops again!)  

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange  

6:00 pm 5 oz pork chop, stewed in barbecue sauce, 2 cauliflowerettes (down graded to exclude the yams and most of the cauliflower)

Fat: 71.5
Carbs: 175.0
Protein: 94.1

After the fiasco of the lemon loaf, chips and the sugar free chocolate, I could actually have a dessert..if I keep it very simple..maybe an apple, baked or something..I'm really tired so it could be a skip this time.

I had an okay day; protein 124 today! Woo hoo! Busy day but rewarding!
0730-protein drink
1000-2 boiled eggs, apple
1230-lc tortilla,chicken, shredded cheese, few beans
1430-cottage cheese, fruit cup, half a snickerdoodle
1700-1/2 apple 1 T peanutbutter-Pre run
2000-hamburger patty, sweet potato, steamed brocoli
2130-animal crackers
Got my flu shot today; OUCH! I have not felt my flu shots the last several years. Must have just hit a tender spot;it is still sore. Short on my water today but got my vits and a 3 mile run on the treadmill. 
I am going to heat up my baked apple tomorrow then pour my fage yogurt over it, after adding splenda for breakfast tomorrow; doesn't that sound good?

When I got my flu shot this year, I had a low grade headache for a couple of days..People tell me they get sick after the flu shot but I never do..But I always get my flu shot cuz I had pneumonia one year and it scared the heck out of me..

Baked apples are awesome! Fage yogurt would be perfect!
