Up really early to get irritated by my payroll deposit..argh..My paycheck is seriously short today!

My eats:

5:30 am the other half of that 6 egg chili/cheese omelet and 1/2 cup home fries. Still tasted good but alittle too spicey for this early!

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese (bought 1 lb and cut into 1 oz pieces) wrapped with 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

8:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Grapefruit (new flavor for me..it's yummy!)

10:15 am 1 medium apple, raw

11:30 am 12 oz cappuccino (instant) - I take this with me to Starbucks in a Starbucks cup so that they don't look at me weird. LOL. I'm so cheap but since payroll shorted me $300 today, I don't feel so bad about cheaping out on Starbucks!

12:45 pm 4 oz T-bone Steak from yesterday and some baked potato

From looking at the totals so far, I'd have to say my protein waffles in the morning are probably the biggest secret weapon I have in this journey...Wow! I missed that one little thing this morning and substituted that 3 egg/omelet and I'm way over the top for my totals!

2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated   3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 plum   Oh my lord! I'm sitting at 1400 calories already and haven't even thought about dinner. Maybe I should skip that all together!   4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mango Mandarin Orange Tea   So what do you do when you've totally over done it all day long and you need to eat "something" for dinner? You just eat what you want!   6:15 pm 1/4 lb ground sirloin patty, 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta, 1 cup spaghetti meat sauce..there...that should put me WAY over 2000 calories!~ LOL.   Let's see! Totals for the day:

Calories: 1997 (wow...close!)
Fat: 104.8 (ouch!)
Carbs: 133.2
Protein: 135.4

Well, what did I expect? LOL..so tomorrow you KNOW you're gonna see protein waffles again. No more of that omelet stuff during the week..

How did you do?

Hope you got the payroll issue taken care of! I am short on protein the days I do not have a protein drink to start the day. Busy day at work but I am really enjoying this new position in education!
0900-eggbeater omellette
1100-sf lf gingerbread cake
1300-lc chicken ceasar wrap, apple
1500-2nd slice of sf lf gingerbread cake
1900-teriyaki chickem, gyoza, steamed brocoli and cauliflower
all my water and such and an hour of zumba. 1500 calories or 1000 net. barbs were 183; all that cake! protein was 82. I am starting the day with a protein drink tomorrow! I think I will bring 2 boiled eggs and an apple with me; I will be at a class from 08-12. I will need something by 10 if I have a protein drink at 0700 on my way there.

I just have to remember why I eat those protein waffles! LOL. Anything else includes a call to the carbs of the world to come hither!

I didn't really get the issue taken care of. I have to weigh the damage it will do in that department. No one should **** off the pope, I'm thinkin. They can make someone's life miserable so I'll let it go.

See, my 2000 calories with just walking is a whole lot worse than your 1500 calories and zumba..Yikes.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

I totally pigged out today as I have been recently. Emotional eating is killing me. I dumped twice and vomited twice. why would I be that stupid at this stage? Even after losing more than a couple hundred pounds I can be quite dumb. Better luck tomorrow.

You might want to get those things that make you dump out of the house. Wait till you have a strong moment, like right after you dump..Get it gone and replace it with things you can reach for that won't make you dump.
When you do that, you'll feel better..physically and about yourself. Yeah, the stress is still there but without the added guilt of losing control and emotional eating..you'll feel better.

You can do this..Things will be better tomorrow..alittle better each day. Praying for strength for you.

Thanks you. I can't get rid of everything because I live with my parents and syblings. I just have to stay away from the junk.

Maybe you could get them to keep it in one cabinet and keep the door closed..I do that with things that I don't want to see..and then stock up on things you can eat..

Also, you might want to ask them to tone it down some since it's causing you problems. Yes, they have the right to eat all that stuff and keep all that stuff but it would sure be nice if they would support you somewhat..

Another thing. Don't beat yourself up over falling prey to that junk food. It's a food addiction and that is just every bit as hard as being addicted to crack or alcohol..only no one going through the 12 step program is offered a beer! Seriously, they will offer you cookies and donuts and say "Oh, just one little thing can't hurt." but, as you know, it can and does hurt..

Be strong! Find a reason to say no to just one thing and then two things and pretty soon, it's not all that bad to say no..Get some sugar free stuff and keep it around..

Can you add your daily workout routine as well?

It's hard to add my workouts because I don't have a work out..I walk. When I'm bored and the computer system is down at work I walk to a different department. I don't saunter either, I walk FAST..We have one department about 1/4 mile away and one across the street from them..so I gather the mail and walk and then chat and then walk some more. When I need a drink of water I walk the LONG way to the dispenser and the same with going to the rest room. I figure I walk about a mile to two miles a day at work. On the weekends we get in maybe 5 miles with shopping and any car shows or festivals. My house is 85 feet long so walking back and forth doing housework is a bit much and my vacuum cleaner is a big commercial wide track and it's heavy so when I vacuum (twice a week) that takes  alot..Most mornings I'm up at 4 or 5, today I was up at 3 am...

Sorry. I know it's not much help but it's what I do.
