Not a bad day. It's never a bad day when you get to take a nap.

I got most of my water in, some walking and all my vitamins.

My eats for the day:

2B: 1/2 a 6 egg omelet with chili and cheese, 2/3 cups home fries

Lunch: Don't think I got a lunch..

Snack: 1 medium pear, raw

Dinner: 4.5 oz T-Bone steak, 1/2 baked potato (small), 1/2 corn cob

Dessert: medium apple, baked with splenda brown sugar, cinnamon and sugar free short bread cookie

Not bad,

Tomorrow will be all good carbs, I'm gonna work toward that.

I would need a BIG nap if I got up at 4 AM! Fair day as far as eating. DH and I have been at each others throats all day. Glad he just went up to bed!
0930-2 fried eggs over 1/4 c fried potatoes and 1 veggie sausage
1230-choc chip cookie-small one
1400-tuna salad on a toasted bagel thin
1600-animal crackers
1800-meatloaf, sweet potato, , steamed brocoli
2000-Splenda Gingerbread cake-yum! Found the recipe on the Splenda website
3 mile run in the pouring down rain and strong wind gusts. The whole winter is supposed to be this way. I better learn to like the treadmill!

Usually that happens to dh and me on Sundays too. It has to do with not wanting to go back to work on Monday..the weekend is over..sort of insanity but that's how I explain it..

But still, running in the rain if you have those "last day off" issues with dh...is still better than the treadmill, I figure. LOL. I have too many animal crackers in my life right now..they're really hard to stay away from for me..give me strength!

You did great. Keep up the good work. See ya.
