This is day 2 of being back on the wagon.  I've been tracking everything and doing a lot of self talk.  Even though it is only day 2 I actually feel better!

Good for you!  I am recently "back on the wagon" also - I was not doing well at following the "rules", and now I feel like I am back on track, too.  It's a good feeling, isn't it?

Good for you, and continued success to both of us!

I was "off the wagon" for AWHILE!  At 24-months post-op, I got pregnant (only 13 pounds from my goal weight of 145 pounds).  During my pregnancy, I gained 60 pounds, and only lost 10 of that.  I have been carrying around 50+ pounds for about 2 years now, and my ankles are suffering from it.  I have been back on the wagon since last Monday, and I feel SO much better!  I'm already down 8 pounds since last Monday, and want to lose 60 more pounds to be at my goal weight.  I know it's going to take awhile, but I'm ready to do this.  Please feel free to keep in touch with me.

Very good..The self talk is really important..And feeling better really does help. When you find the strength to step away from the crud that has been consuming you, you can see more what needs to be removed..awesome..Stay positive..that helps too.

Here's to being on that wagon..and headed in the RIGHT direction..Keep up the good work..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
