Accountability - Saturday
Wow..I'm really tired. I think it was dinner. You'll see when you get to the bottom. We had a really long day, starting at 4:00 am and going all day long! whew.
B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 raw pear, microwaved, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup, coffee with NSA Swiss Miss, omega 3, b-12, garlic oil, lethicin oil, multi vitamin
24 oz drink mix, GV Strawberry
2B: 3 egg whites, 2 slices rye toast, 2 slices tomato, coffee with half & half and splenda
24 oz Drink Mix, cant' remember the flavor
24 oz drink mix, think it was mango mandarin orange
L: most of a beef tamale and taco sauce (this was after I washed 3 loads laundry, vacuumed the whole house, shampooed my bedroom, cleaned and dusted the whole house..wow.
12 oz coffee
24 oz drink mix, Hydrating Berry (calcium citrate and d)
D: Wanchin Ferrie Sweet n Sour Chicken (frozen meal for two) with 4 oz added chicken breast and 1/3 cup frozen peas. I ate 1/3 cup rice with it. Dh ate the rest of the whole meal..I'm feeling tired but I know it's because of the sugar in the meal..Not exactly dumping but more of a carb coma.

I know I could eat more and I probably should eat some more but dessert doesn't sound good (too much sugar already) and something with protein doesn't sound all that good either. I'm thinking water and bed time..

You get up early! I love to sleep in on the weekends until 7 or 8. I was up at 7 and into town for Zumba. Once home I did laundry and made breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dishwasher is running for the second time!

almost 1800 calories, 1250 net, 90 protien, forgot the rest. All my water and such.
Tomorow is an early morning run, Teach Sunday School and get ready for the week ahead!
