AH, Finally Friday. I remembered to put Earnestine in my car this morning. Earnestine is my skeleton that I usually decorate at the office with...I didn't take her this year and got complaints so she came into town in my passenger seat..

4:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 apple (is microwaved considered baked?), 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mango-Mandarin Iced Tea
10:00 am 1 medium apple, raw
10:30 am 12 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:30 am part of a tuna salad: 1 can oil packed tuna, 2 celery stalks, 1/2 cooked onion, 1 whole tomato chopped, 1 oz olive oil dressing and italian seasoning
12:15 am more of that tuna salad
1:00 pm the rest of the tuna salad, 1 medium pear
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 4 animal crackers
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

I have not done my totals yet but imagine the carbs will be 200 and protein around 70. All my water and such.

LOL. Actually, I'd have gotten a ticket cuz Earnestine wasn't buckled in and she slid down like she was hiding. Maybe she didn't wanna be seen with me! LOL.
Oatmeal, banana and apple...good carbs there. Ooo and split pea soup. In Solvang we have Anderson's Split Pea and that is the BEST split pea soup..The Traveler's Special is all you can eat Spit Pea and they bring a plate of exotic little breads and butter..Of course, I'm only good for one bowl when I eat any of the bread but I'm thinking a road trip is in order when the weather gets cold.
