Great California Shake Out today..not really a joke but it's interesting to watch!
My eats:
5:45 am 1/4 serving protein pancakes, 1 medium apple microwaved for 2 min, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
7:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:15 am 12 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss miss
9:00 am 1 medium pear
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin and Mango Ice Tea
11:00 am half a salad: 4 oz roast beef, 1 cup lettuce, 1/3 large tomato, 1 oz ranch dressing
12:45 pm the other half of that salad. Something keeps calling to me. I think it's cookies. yikes.
1:00 pm 1/2 sugar free chocolate candy bar
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
3:00 pm 1 celery stick, 1 carrot (with salt)
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
5:45 pm cheese burger: 1 lean ground beef burger 1/4lb, processed american cheese, 1 pc lettuce, 2 thin slices tomato, 1 sandwich thin - onion
I could have a dessert..Probably a baked apple with a sugar free short bread cookie over the top. I'll include that in my totals:

Not bad. I'll be stuffed but I did pretty good.

I am hungry this evening so I had a filling snack; not sure it had enough protein. I might have a string cheese to make sure I do not get the shakes later. Our power was out for a few hours this evening! Luckily dinner was almost done in the oven so just left it in there until it looked done.
0830-egg beater veggie omellette w rf cheese and bacon
1230-1/2 turkey on wheat and a sf cookie
1430-other half
1700-sf jello and a small pear,graham crackers
1800-spaghetti pie
2030-bagel thin, 1 T almond butter, 2T sf jelly
I did my totals this was almost 1500 calories and about 80 protein. All my water and such but no exercise.

We've been having power issues as well. I'm not sure about this winter time stuff. We had actual rain and we usually don't have any rain until February..it's either really late summer storms or really early winter ones..Just screwy.
I'm adding much more fruits and veggies to my list lately so I can totally relate! It just feels like I'm not getting enough protein but even 80 is better than what we used to get pre-surgery..Usually high fat, all sorts of bad white carbs..What we do now is still an improvement from that..
