Awesome idea to post our victories instead of our defeats, Mary..Here I go for Wednesday:
Up early because of the thunder and lightening..4:30 am saw me doing laundry and cleaning up. That sandwich I had last night was getting to me all day today. I felt hungry all day long. I just wanted to stuff my face! I have sugar free candy in my overhead desk cabinet and managed to keep away from that and away from the animal crackers and the candy corn..
 
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small banana, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup (a whole serving is 1/4 cup and that's just too much!) omega 3, garlic oil, lecithin oil and B-12
 
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
 
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
 
Today I threw out the last three cupcakes I baked Sunday, reduced sugar but full sugar frosting and candy corn on top..They didn't even tempt me! But what a long afternoon..
 
9:00 am 1 medium raw apple
 
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
 
11:00 am 1 hard boiled egg, 1 pear, raw
 
12:00 pm 12 oz latte with soy milk at Starbucks - the foam on top took up alot of space. I think it was more like 10 oz
 
12:45 pm roast beef sandwich: 4 oz roast beef left overs (with juice), 2 slices tomato, 1 slice processed american cheese, 1 sandwich thin
 
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Cherry
 
3:00 pm 1/2 cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick (no dressing, alittle salt)
 
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
 
6:15 pm bbq chicken sandwich: 3.5 oz chicken w/a tad bbq sauce on a sandwich thin, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 corn cob

Could have been much worse. I hear dessert calling me. I'm thinking maybe some NSA Blue Bunny Ice Cream..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1627
Fat; 56.2
Carbs: 179.8
Protein: 122.8

Still, the carbs were mostly good (44 g were the sandwich thins, still acceptable).

I woke up starving this morning; I probably should of had a protein snack before bed; but we ate kind of late so not much room was left. I had candy again today but I sure wanted more at first then it went away. I ate a bit differently today so I will see.
0800-protein drink
0930-oatmeal with splenda
1030-5 rolos-wanted 25!
1245-baked chicken,stuffed potato half (WW Recipe), steamed brocoli
1445-kettle corn
1700-110 cal bagel thin, 1T almond butter, sf jelly-pre workout
2000-lc tortilla, taco meat, rf cheese, salasa,rf sour cream
all my water and such! Exercise was split up because it was parent observation day for DD Jazz and Tap classes. Ran around 2 miles on the track; stopped and watched 10 minutes of jazz then did 30 minutes on a type of eliptical machine  not sure of the name. I did not get my goal of 5 fruits and veggies in today; will try again tomorrow!

You did change it up this day! Very nice and your totals are rock solid too...Awesome. WAY low carbs..but you can get your fruit in on Friday. I bet you did.
