4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small banana, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
9:00 am celebration for Boss Appreciation Day: quiche (about a cup) and some strawberries and pineapple (2 of each)
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
10:30 am 1/2 that caramel chocolate bar from yesterday (it's been a stressful morning!)
11:30 am 12 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
12:45 pm taco sandwich: 2.5 oz ground beef, cooked, 1 sandwich thin, 1 packet taco sauce, 2 slices tomato, 1/3 slice processed cheese
3:00 pm 2 carrot sticks, 1/2 cucumber, 1 celery stick with 1 oz ranch dressing
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
{This is where I lost track..no way to recover from this..}
7:00 pm quite a few handfuls of popcorn, an ice tea with splenda, chicken breast sandwich on 3/4 of the bun..not sure how much chicken breast, not sure about the toppings, teriyaki and pineapple for sure. Then I ate about 4 french fries with ketchup. They brought our son a giant ice cream cake thing and some ice cream bars for us. I actually took a bite of the ice cream bar AND a bite of his ice cream cake..See? there's no way to know what I ate for dinner..it would be a guess at best..so my totals are BEFORE dinner:
Calories: 1325
Fat: 70.9
Carbs: 128.7
Protein: 68.7
So, what have we got? Probably 1900 calories. Carbs are probably pretty close to 200 and protein probably about 90..We don't even wanna talk about the fat.

all my water and such. 2.25 miles on the treadmill did not have time to do more. I think we should list what we passed up! There were doughnuts at our 2 hour staff meeting this morning. I brought my oatmeal and tea.

That is a great idea! When you look at what I passed up all day, I didn't do too bad.
I brought in candy corn for the girls (along with my halloween decorations) and didn't touch one of them. I made cupcakes (reduced sugar but with sugar frosting and candy on top). We had breakfast burritos (stuffed with potatoes and sausage) and I didn't have even a bite but ate the broccoli quiche that was crustless..
I didn't eat the whole ice cream bar they brought us at the restaurant. I just ate the tip of it and then the waitress came to take my plate and I plopped it onto that and saw it leave!

19? How long have we been posting these acoountability threads; I swear you just said he was turning 16! Time flies but I must of had my numbers mixed up. He is skinny like my nephew who will be 17 I nust of been lumping him in with Liam.
