Accountability - Monday
I was up way too early this morning. My sinuses were way stuffed up! I cleared up at work. I think it's the weather but it's really getting old!
My eats for Monday:
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles, 1/2 serving sugar free syrup (took me over 45 minutes to eat this!)
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:00 am 1 medium apple, raw
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
11:00 am 2 beef tacos: 1/2 cup ground beef cooked, 2 corn tortillas, 2/3 slice processed american cheese, 1 pack taco sauce
12:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
1:00 pm 1 pear raw
2:00 pm 1/2 Sugar Free Caramel Chocolate Bar (yum! I might have eaten the whole thing but it's RICH!)
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:40 pm 1/3 medium grapefruit, 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

This was nearly too much but I ate it anyway. I'm thinking jus****er later. I really am stuffed.

Are you sure your sinus infection totally cleared? If you felt better at work it probably is just allergies. I think I got my five servings of fruits and veggies in today; or I will after I make a baked apple for desert later.

1200-steamed brocoli and meat sauce with a sprinkle of parmeson
1445-cottage cheese and Dole mixet fruit cup
1645-sf ff chocolate pudding w/ dollop of cool whip free

2100-baked apple
