Any Vegans?
Giving up meat and Vegan aren't exactly the same thing. Personally, I'm Flexitarian (meaning over half of my meals are meatless) but I'm definitely not averse to a good Filet Mignon!
Anyway, I suggest keeping Eggs and Dairy (vegetarian) as it makes getting adequate protein easier. If you're set on going strict Vegan, good luck and I won't be of any help.
Check out Vegetarian Times. They have lots of nice recipes and (being Flexitarian) I often "back substitute" real food for the fake stuff (Chorizo instead of Soyrizo, etc.)
