I had a plan this morning. really I did. And then dear hubby changed that plan. He decided to paint stripes on his mustang while the wind wasn't blowing. Logically it was a smart move because the wind was going to come up later..so I had to wait to eat my second breakfast..I hate to wait to eat..We didn't go to the Renaissance Faire but went shopping and that is always a good thing..plenty to keep me busy around here and the the mustang looks awesome. I have such a good mechanic for my sweety.

1st breakfast: 6 am (see? I must have known it was going to be a "late" morning) 1/4 serving protein waffles with PB2 added. I'm on a peanut butter kick lately 1/2 apple and sugar free syrup

Snack: 1/2 apple, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

24 oz Drink Mix in water

2nd Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 1 slice rye toast, 2 slices tomato - coffee (2)

24 oz Drink Mix in water

24 oz Drink Mix in water

Lunch? none..

Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

Snack: 2 plums

Dinner: 4 oz pot roast, 1/2 small yam, 1/2 small potato

Totals for the day
Calories: 1223
Fat: 43.7
Carbs: 131.9
Protein: 97.5

I could still eat a snack later..I'm thinking tomorrow I need to bake some cupcakes or something..I still have the chocolate sugar free Pillsbury mix to use and try..and my boss is coming back from vacation..we should celebrate..yeah, my day is set tomorrow.

How did you do today?

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Good to see graduates who are doing so well! I just started getting back on track Friday, and I'm doing well.

What I've observed is that I have too much fat and too much sugar in my diet and not enough good protein and good carbs. That is gonna change back to how it should be. It inspires me to read what you ladies have posted for your food journals.

I'll start posting soon.

Wow..nearly 10 years..that's awesome..

You are so right. The very first place to start is to see what you are eating right now and see where the problem is. Then change that..You would do awesome with journaling since you know where the problems lie..

See you soon..

Two years! How time flies. You are doing awesome. I think it's cuz you have the right balance of carbs with exercise..And good carbs too.

Yup, winter is just around the corner but I'm looking forward to it. My grandmother used to love winter over summer. She said in winter you can always put in another sweater..in summer, you can only take so much off..Now that I'm skinny like her..I have to agree!

Keep up the good work. See ya.
