Finally FRIDAY! Up early to get ready for the weekend. I still didn't do anything to specifically get ready for the weekend but I thought about it. Does that count? LOL.
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, microwaved, 1/4 serving sugar free syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
9:45 am 1/2 apple
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
11:15 am 1/2 chicken salad: 4.5 oz chicken breast (baked), 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 medium cucumber, 2 slices tomato, ranch dressing
12:00 pm 24oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
12:45 pm the other half of the chicken salad
1:30 pm 1 plum, 1/2 serving wheat thins (8) with 2T spray on cheese.
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange 3:45 pm 1 japanese pear 4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:30 pm cheese burger: 1/3 lb sirloin burger with processed american cheese, 2 slices tomato and 1T mayo on a sandwich thin

So, I did alright. I nearly forgot the second half of that apple..We got a call from the doctor's office about the ultrasound on my gallbladder. no stones..So I either mis-guessed that it was a gallbladder attack or the stone(s) melted from the change in my diet in 2 weeks..
I have plenty of walking planned this weekend..
