Accountability - Thursday
Still working with the good gallbladder diet. I'll be eating actual eggs this weekend to get back to normal, I think..I can't believe how slowly this week is going by! argh.
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 raw apple (microwaved), 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts (good thing I left these at home!)
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
10:30 am 14 animal crackers (1 serving)
10:45 am 1/2 chicken salad: 4 oz chicken thigh meat (grilled), 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1/4 cup peas, 3 slices tomato, 1 oz thousand island dressing
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
11:45 am 3 oz meat lasagna, 1 cup salad greens, 1 T Italian Dressing, 1 plum
12:15 pm the other half of that salad
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:20 pm 1 plum, 1 asian pear
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:45 pm 1 cup raw grapes
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm two beef tacos: 1/2 cup ground beef cooked, 1/3 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1 slice tomato..yum!
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1589
Fat: 67.9
Carbs: 155.6
Protein: 101.8
This wasn't a bad day. When it started out I wasn't so sure cuz I was just hungry for absolutely no reason this morning. I actually ate animal cookies and lasagna..at least I had the presence of mind to keep the size of the serving way down and walk away..I feel thirsty already so I know I may have more water this evening..

All my water and such and a 3 mile run. Should not eat kettle corn before a run! I was nauseated the whole time.

You and me BOTH! Still, it would have been nice to have the technician tell me that there was maybe one stone there so I don't feel like it was all in my head..but clean is good!
