Accountability - Wednesday
Gosh! Is it still just Wednesday? It feels like it should be Friday by now! I was up really early this morning watching them haul miner's out of the shaft in Chile..and crying for them all the while! And watched this evening as they hauled the last miner out..How very cool is that? That supervisor who took control of the situation will never be at a loss for people who want to have him work for them! He's amazing as a boss! What a leader..

1:30 pm cucumber salad: 1/2 medium cucumber, 5 raw radishes, 1 oz Olive Oil Vineagret

2:45 pm 1 single serving bag microwave kettle corn
2:50 pm 1 plum, raw

I'm happy with those numbers, the carbs were very good. The sandwich thin is only 20-22 so the rest is all from fruits and veggies. I even have room for a snack! Not sure what it could possibly be but there's plenty of room for something..Maybe if it cools off some more, it will be something like chocolate hazelnut tea..
