Accountability - Tuesday (really)
Today I had my gallbladder ultrasound scheduled so nothing but clear plain water until that is done! I woke up with a raging headache and rather than chance it, I suffered with it until after the ultrasound too. Not the best start to a day!
5:30 am 12 oz cold water from the night before
6:00 am 12 oz ho****er, plain (psych job cuz I had this in my coffee cup to fool my brain)
6:30 am 12 oz ho****er, plain (psych job is no longer working!)
7:30 am 24 oz ice water, plain
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick and two tylenol for my raging headache
9:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/2 serving sugar free syrup (I actually had this in my cabinet at work!)
9:45 am 1/2 cup cottage cheese (full fat) 1 oz sugar free strawberry preserves
10:15 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (alittle late in the day for coffee but I seriously needed it!)
11:00 am 1/2 raw apple (2 omega 3, 1 garlic, 1 flax oil)
11:30 am 12 oz Ice Coffee w/Soy Milk and splenda..
12:40 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
1:30 pm chicken breast sandwich: 3.5 oz baked chicken breast, sandwich thin, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 slice turkey breast deli meat, 1 slice tomato, 1 packet barbecue sauce
2:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:30 pm 1 plum
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple

8:00 pm 24 oz drink mix, some sort of purple...can't remember what flavor. I was paying attention to facebook and television..They're pulling the first of the Chilien miners out as I watch.

Too many calories but then the tech said she felt the liver and gallbladder were clear this morning. So it's okay to eat again..
Still, I'm okay with what I ate today..How did you do?

1145-chicken, refried beans, salasa cheese and blop of sour cream 8 tortilla chips
1700-1/2 PBJ
2000-thin crust pizza
all my water and such but no exerise! I was going to run while DD was at cheer but thay asked the parents to stay for a meeting.
I am going to eat some fruits and vegetables today; I have been awful about that lately!

I think about half the miners are out now. I listened on the radio on the way in to work and thay had 13 out!

I've had no more abdominal pains at all..So now I'm second guessing myself...maybe it was gas, maybe it was a stone and I passed it..sheesh..I hate when that happens cuz the first thing they do is look at you like you need a psych..

Some days when you don't hit all your marks, attempts have to count for something so I say you did pretty good. Do add some veggies and fruit..the carb number is just a number and still very much worth it for your liver, gallbladder and colon health..
