Well, I was feeling bad that I took the lazy way and didn't post last night..it was late I was (whiney voice here) TIRED...and so I didn't post. wah wah..Thank you Kattin for putting it all into perspective..

My eats for Sunday (ugly as it is!)'

Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss to wake up..

1B: 1/4 serving protein waffles with a sliced up asian pear on top and sugar free syrup.

24 oz drink mix and water while at church

2B: 3 egg whites and 2 slices of rye toast and sliced tomato

24 oz drink mix and water

L: 2 beef tacos on corn tortillas and cheddar cheese

Snack: 1 piece sugar free Pillsbury White Cake and SF frosting...and then a nap..sad!

Snack: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts

24 oz drink mix with water and half a wine cooler (bad..)

Dinner: 1/3 lb burger patty on 1/2 a hamburger bun and lettuce with mayo and tomato, 1/4 cup baked beans

Water..

As I said, it wasn't going to be pretty and I figured if I ignored it, it would go away and I didn't have to look at the numbers. How pathetic is that? I'm better off than a whole lot of people..Thank you Kattin for putting that into perspective..
