Accountability - Tuesday
Monday...Monday... Where did my weekend go? Oh yeah, I spent it. LOL.
My eats for Monday:
5:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffle with 1 medium apple (microwaved) and sugar free syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
9:10 am 1 small granny smith apple
9:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:15 am 1/2 a chicken salad (4 oz chicken breast, baked, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 medium cucumber, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz cesaer dressing)
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
11:30 am 12 oz sugar free cappuccino (from instant)
12:45 pm the other half of the chicken salad
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 asian pear
4:00 pm 1 plum, raw
4:30 pm 24 iz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Strawberry Banana
6:00 pm 5 oz tilapia fish, 1/3 cup mashed potato, 1/2 cup canned peas (cooked). Dessert: 1 pc sugar free Pillsbury white cake and frost
Finished the birthday cake..woo hoo. Tomorrow is my day to have them do an ultrasound of my gallbladder..So of course, I'm eating extra..cuz I have to fast tomorrow..
totals for the day:
Calories: 1554
Fat: 59.3 (now this is a nice number for the day before that ultrasound!)
Carbs: 162.8 (I must have had nine servings of fruits/veggies today!)
Protein: 117.4 not bad at all!
Fat was 33%, Protein was 29% and Carbs were 38%..
I'm happy with those numbers.

I love kettlecorn! I've just been so anti carb in the last year to partake..but with this gallbladder thing, I'm seeing carbs in a different light. I need more of those and less protein...less fried stuff. So I'm thinking I'll be having more of that lovely kettle corn in the next month or so...I'm already eating more apples, grapes, pears, asian pears, plums...and you know what? I like it.
