Accountability - Saturday
Saturday. Not a bad day. We went looking for a festival, a farmers market and car show and finally found it..tiny and only one car that was of interest (to us)..But that's okay, I got my walking in at Winco and Walmart..My eats were not what they could be but I will probably add an apple later or an asian pear..
My eats:

Breakfast: no protein waffle but waited until we left: 3 egg whites, 1 slice rye toast, 2 slices tomato. coffee

Lunch: taco salad: 3/4 cup cooked ground beef, 1-1/2 slices cheddar cheese, 1 cup lettuce, 1 oz ranch dressing

12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
Dinner: 2 beef tacos: 1 cup ground beef, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 medium corn tortillas
Dessert: 1 asian pear

So it really does look like I did okay..I was worried that the protein would be too high and the carb number would be way too low but the asian pear brought me up to where I need to be...Very nice..
