I'm so ready for this week to be over. I have a ton of stuff planned for the weekend and really just want to get to it. Tomorrow is friday AND payday! Woo hoo...

My eats for thursday:
 
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 raw apple microwaved, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1/3 grapefruit raw
 
9:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
 
9:45 am 1/2 serving wheat thins, 1 T aerosol cheese..yeah, I know..not my finest hour..
 
12:00 pm 12 oz cappuccino at Starbucks
 
12:40 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 
1:45 pm 2 oz roast beef on a sandwich thin, cooked carrots and celery
 
3:00 pm 1 medium apple, raw
 
3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
 
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
 
5:30 pm 1 sugar free cookie with 1 Tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter (at least I had reduced fat)
 
6:30 pm beef tacos..with ground beef, lettuce, tomato, corn tortilla

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1322
Fat: 57.4
Carbs: 131.3
Protein: 88.0

Not bad..fat number is good. calories are good..carbs seem high and protein seems low...

How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
