Accountability - Wednesday
Rainy day today. Roads are wet. I wish I could just pull the covers over my head and forget today but that's not the way it works..
My eats:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, sugar free syrup and 1/2 raw apple
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (so much for cutting back!)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
8:15 am 1/3 medium grapefruit, raw, 1oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
9:45 am 1/2 carrot stick, 1/2 apple raw, 1/2 celery stick
10:30 am 1 carrot stick, 1/2 celery stick
11:30 am 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
12:00 am 12 oz sugar free cappuccino
1:00 pm Salad but it's getting really hard to eat roughage! 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1/4 cup raw peas, 5 radishes, 1 oz olive oil vinaigrette. I think I need an over dose of sugar free chocolate tonight...sheesh! my tummy is grumbling from all this roughage!
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:00 pm more of that salad (just the peas and lettuce and vinaigrette)
3:15 pm 1/2 cup grapes, raw 4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange 6:00 pm Sirloin cheese burger with swiss, mayo, lettuce and tomato on a whole wheat sandwich thin.. Yum! Well, the lower protein/more good carbs thing is wearing really thin...but just another week to see if it is my gallbladder (which I'm pretty sure it is...) and then we'll decide what we're gonna do..

I forgot Monday was your birthday; Happy Belated Birthday! You still have cake; you must be behaving! Are you counting fiber grams to check your roughage level or just trying to get in random crunchy vegetables? Raspberries are full of fiber! I also use branbuds a 1/4 cup is 14 grams I think. I have not tried the flax seeds; they are probably better than the bran buds.

1030-100 cal yogurt covered pretzels
1230-spaghetti pie
1630-1/2 serving baked cheetos- they are gone now!
1800-rotissiere chicken sweet potato, steamed brocoli
2200-bagel thin with light whipped butter and sf jelly-yum!
