Accountability - Tuesday
I was feeling so good yesterday and this morning my nose is again stuffed plus breathing is an issue..So I'll be taking breathing treatments again as of tomorrow morning..oh well, small price of getting old, I guess. The doctor ordered an ultrasound of my gallbladder next week..and we agree on quiting the fried foods, increasing the fiberous stuff and quitting the oral contraceptives...Again, getting old..Sucks!
My eats:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles (the flax seeds are doing an awesome job!) and 1 whole apple and 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss miss
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1/2 medium grapefruit raw
9:45 am 1/2 a salad consisting of 4 oz chicken thigh (stewed), 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup fresh peas, 3 slices tomato, 1 oz olive oil vinaigrette and 5 radishes
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
12:45 pm the other half of that salad, 1 tablespoon peanut butter
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple
2:15 pm 1 celery stalk, 1/2 medium carrot raw
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
6:00 pm 2.3 oz tilapia, grilled (NOT fried!) 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 corn cob, 1/2 apple (raw) and another piece of sugar free cake..Then we went to the neighbor's hosue and I had a latte from his espresso machine...yumm. But I'm all hyped up. LOL. I'll have trouble sleeping tonight..Even after I told the doctor I only had three cups of coffee a day..I guess I'm cutting back on that now too...(sucks!)

I'm doing pretty good with keeping the fat down and the carbs up..protein is suffering because it's hard to eat more when you're eating roughage..basically. No more whining...just gonna DO IT..

Glad you are getting that ultrasound! I did okay, less snacks for me anyway! I snack alot compared to others! Roghage is hard for me to get in as well. I love voluptious salads when I go out but rarely make them at home for myself! It is apple season and I do live in Washington, so I will be increasing my apple consumption once they go on sale. I am not paying $2.49 a pound for apples!

2200-I know I had a snack but for the life of me cannot think of what it was! It was NOT baked cheetos,graham crackers or cheese with rf wheat thins; all of my usuals! How strange, oh well I know I had something and did not feel guilty about it.
All my water, vits and such. I went for a 4.5 mile run after work while DD was in cheer. It was too dark to run any further safely. Darn Season change!
