Accountability - Monday

I had a really nice day. I went out to lunch with the girls in our office..I rarely get to do that because we have different lunches so I asked my boss to change my lunch this once and it was fun! And tonight I was going to go out to dinner with my husband but decided against it and had a relaxing time at home..
 

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles with 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds (this whole week is going to have this added to the mix) with 1/2 apple and 1/3 serving sugar free syrup  

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry  

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1 cup raw grapes  

9:00 am small piece of Pillsbury Sugar Free Yellow Cake with sugar free frosting, 1/24 of the whole cake. A single serving is 1/12 of the whole mix. This was really good and I highly recommend it...I'm going to make a pineapple upside down cake with this, this Christmas..  

10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade  

12:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated  

1:00 pm (ate at Hometown Buffet) 1 cup minestrone soup, 1 baked chicken leg, 2 oz baked fish, 1 cup salad greens(broccoli salad, cole slaw, sunflower seeds), low cal italian dressing - brought back a small piece of reduced sugar apple pie but never got a chance to eat it cuz I was stuffed completely. Maybe tomorrow!  

2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated  

3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange  

6:00 pm 4 oz chicken thigh, cooked and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, then the reduced sugar apple pie from lunch. yum.

7:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange (I think the minestrone was too salty..too thirsty today!)

Fat: 57.4
Carbs: 146.2
Protein: 113.6

Well, the apple pie wasn't the smartest of choices and I didn't eat a whole apple today...the grapes weren't as good as the apple but there is always tomorrow..I did alright..How did you do?

When you get to maintenance it's sort of a foreign concept for most of us MO people..Myself I never stayed stationary in weight. I was ALWAYS either going up or going down..so when I found this accountability thread being maintained by a soon to be friend of mine years ago, I jumped on and it's been very therapeutic for me! I also have fun seeing what others eat and it always gives me an idea for the next meals..It's kind of like a very public blog for me. Lately not many have posted but alot are looking..That's okay. I don't do it for just them or just myself..

I have to say this is the longest period in my life (3 years +) that I've stayed nearly the EXACT same weight. This morning 128.8 but then I"m up a pound to a pound and a half due to water gain for that time of the month..I've REALLY gotten to know my body!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I had a pleasant Monday. Lunch with the girls is always a treat!
0900-Premier protein drink-30 grams of protein!
1100-apple-small, raspberries
1300-lc tortilla smoked turkey, rf alpine lace swiss, rf mayo, lettuce, 100 cal pack yogurt covered pretzels
1500-rf string cheese raspberries
1800-spaghetti pie
Went down hill from here; kind of
2000-1/2 serving baked cheetos
Knew I would get the shakes later so;
2100-smoked turkey 2 ounces with 1 ounce rf swiss and a dab of mayo
2200-2 graham crackers
I should of just gone to bed! DD has been sleeping in my bed with her dad gone so I have been staying up later to have a little "me" time. If I keep this up there is going to be "more" of me!
plenty of water, all my vits, but no exercise.

Well, all in all the late night snacks weren't a total deal breaker but I know what you mean. It's a bad habit to get started..You tried to stay good even after the cheetos but...it got pretty late and the resolve faded..I can TOTALLY relate!

Run an  extra mile and you're absolved. LOL. j/k. Have a great day!
