It's for Sunday...

 EXERCISE:
Well, I got very motivated, even with thighs that are killing me, to walk around the block which is 3 miles.  I even jogged some of it.  I remember what took my last thirty pounds off a few years ago was jogging.  This kettelbell must really have my endorphins working on OT.  Feeling very proud that I did this today!

FOOD:
B:  1 egg and piece of ezekiel bread
S:  greek yogurt
L:  1/2 c of oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder
S:  1/3 c of oatmeal with dried blueberries
D:  homemade chicken noodle soup and three bites of my BF's carrot cake

EXERCISE:
Will walk the mile to her house so I can enjoy some of her awesome carrot cake which, mind you, is made lower fat and sugar!  Yes!!
