Accountability - Sunday

We had a lovely day today. Starting with sleeping in till 5 am..We have been getting little or no sleep the last two nights..last night finally a good  sleep! Then my breakfast, I added flax seeds-ground up to my waffles this week. We'll see how that works. Well, I'll get to it:

12 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss

1B: 1/4 serving protein waffle (with flax seeds), 1 whole apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup

24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

2B: 3 egg whites, scrambled, 2 pc whole wheat toast, 2 slices tomato (and coffee w/splenda and creamer)

No lunch, snacks: 1 medium apple. one roasted peanut, 3 pieces of some sort of puffed something they assured me was sugar free...wasn't all that tasty..

24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

16 oz Drink Mix, I forget what flavor I added..

Another snack: 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts (this was high calorie and carbs but at least had some protein).

12 oz coffee with NSA Swiss Miss

Dinner: Crock pot chuck steak stew with celery, carrots, onions and potatoes..yummy stuff. Figured Beef Stew and braised beef, 4 oz..there abouts. (put this on before we left for the flea market..good idea. I'm thinking next saturday, a chicken stew the same way..hmm)

Totals for the day if I don't have a snack..

Fat: 61.0
Carbs: 110.0
Protein: 106.2

Seems like the carbs were high but they were pretty good carbs for what I ate..I call this a good one. I may have some more stew..

0930-scrambled eggs w rf cheese, 2 slices bacon, 100 cal thin with butter spread and sf jelly
Lunch-none went for a run then to Costco
1300-few samples at Costco, then 1/2 pint raspberries and a banana while unpacking from Costco and making a few dinners for the week
1700-spaghetti pie
1930-sf rf shortcake, strawberries, squirt of reddi whip
2130-small sweet potato with rf butter and splenda brown sugar blend
all my water, most of my vits and a wimpy 4.25 mile run. It was supposed to be 8! I listened to my body and cut it short.. I have missed my vits the last few day s and was not drinking enough. I will pay extra attention to vits and hydration this week.

mmm. Spaghetti pie..When the weather cools down I'll be using the oven a bit more..Today has me thinking about chili and soup...spaghetti pie sounds like heaven!

Always a good time to pay extra attention to vitamins and water..so important.
