Find someone to stay with you and help you. Sit in a recliner with your feet up and the computer and TV clicker and ask your helper when you want a glass of water. Don't do housework, laundry, cooking, shopping or outside work. Don't drive. Wear loose comfortable clothing. If you don't have a seat in your shower, find a sturdy chair and sit to take your shower. It is easy to get light headed and fall, so do what you can to stay safe.
The less movement you put on your new surgery the better. Wear your binder 24 hours a day. Try to get in fluids. Empty drains and keep records of the drainage. Take your pain pills before the pain gets out of hand.
If you like pineapple, I found that something in fresh pineapple helped with the swelling. You can get it already cut up in little containers in the produce department.
Go to http://www.makemeheal.com and get advice and support from others who have had the surgery. The tips for the tummy tuck surgery will also apply here. Congratulations on the weight loss and the surgery. What an incredibly different life you are going to be leading now. By being extra careful for the first week or so after surgery you should shorten your recovery time and avoid any complications.
