Accountability - Friday
Getting things back together with my health..at least I'm trying. I used the nebulizer this morning at 4:30 and took all my meds. That's a good thing. Next week will be Doctor Week and I'll be seeing my doctors Monday and Tuesday.
My eats for Friday:
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1/2 microwaved apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (I think this was mental cuz I know the coffee maker at work is broken!)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1/2 raw apple
9:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
10:00 am 1 small chicken thigh, boiled and then grilled, skin removed (guess 3 oz)
10:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
12:45 pm 1/2 cup cole slaw
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg and 1 medium nectarine

Well, all things considered, I think I did alright. I have no idea what I'm gonna do without eggs for the second breakfast..but I'm sure I'll cope..
