Accountability - Wednesday
Long day. I've been contemplating my gallbladder and what I can do to keep from having it removed...Several things are coming to mind..I'm gonna work on it.
5:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffles with 1/2 apple and sugar free syrup (and vitamins!)
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 1/2 raw apple
9:30 am 1/2 a small homemade cheese pizza (yeah, I know, what was I thinking?)
10:00 am the other half of that homemade cheese pizza..CARBY!
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 4 oz fried chicken (yikes. I just read that this is bad for my gallbladder!)
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Tropical
3:00 pm 24 oz Plain Water and Ice 4:30 pm 24 oz Plain Water and Ice 6:00 pm 4 oz chicken thigh meat..
probably not my finest decision since the top of the list of foods that I need to avoid is Eggs, Chicken and Pork..so yet again, eating chicken..I'm gonna be so screwed!

Calories: 1320
Fat: 49.2
Carbs: 111.0
Protein: 115.3
Just dont' feel much like eating..From what I can gather, on-line, I'm gonna be pretty much a vegetarian..I'm so depressed..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Dawn- sounds like your dad is having a hard time, hope they are able to keep him comfortable and treat the pesky side effects of his prostate cancer. As for you what is your hesiataion in having your gallbladder removed if that is what is going on? I know you have ample leave per a recent post. Is it the deductible for a hospiatal stay, fear of surgery?
I had my gall bladder out years ago before they were routinely doing them laproscopically. I had attacks for two years before they did an ultrasound and found all the stones; they said i was too young at 19. Passing gas one way or another did nothing to alleviate my pain when I was under "attack". I am concerned with you self diagnosing and not treating. Lecture over Take care of yourself!

All my water and such. No exercise. Feel better
