Oh, and the issue with the scale earlier this week? It's over. I'm back down to 128 again..and headed down..I'm okay with those numbers and even more if the news about my dad being okay will calm me down enough that I can eat some more..maybe a sugar free fudgecicle..
How did you do?

Glad your dad was okay once you got the message! Does he have congestive heart failure? Why are his kidneys not working correctly or were the stents because of obstuction? I eat less when I am stressed like that; family stress. Work stress is another story!
0930-oatmeal and a boiled egg
1100-apple
1230-turkey chili w rf cheese and baked tostitos
1600-cottage cheese, fruit cup and 1 serving of baked cheetos
2015-fried egg w rf cheese, turkey bacon and a 100 cal sandwich thin
2200-1 slice rf cheese and 6 rf wheat thins
all my water and such and had a nice run, not sure of the distance because I forgot my Garmin but at least 3 miles plus a half mile walk before and after.

You know, with my family, you don't ask questions because it stresses THEM out..I'm missing alot of the pieces. My dad has prostate cancer and has a heart condition. He had a heart attack some years ago (when he was 49. He's 77 now) but the prostate is the problem. it's not responded to any treatments.
That and I believe I had a gallbladder attack late Tuesday, early Wednesday..So I'm making calls and going in too many directions this week.
I'm also not getting all my notifications from OH on these posts..so forgive me if I'm late in responding!
You always do really good with your lists and running..Keep up the good work. See ya.
