I fought a headache all day..Must be that sinus thing still going on..I think there is nyquill in my future tonight..but I have the fiber thing under control today..It's so amazing that on weekdays, I do really well..more planning but on the weekends, I totally suck..

My eats:

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1/2 granny smith apple cooked, 1/3 serving sf syrup
 
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
 
8:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
 
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 
9:15 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
10:00 am 1/2 granny smith apple raw, 1 pk sf caramel pudding
 
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 
12:00 pm 12 oz sugar free cappuccino instant
 
12:30 pm 1 medium nectarine
 
1:10 pm tuna sandwich, 1 can tuna, 2 T balsamic dressing, onions, swiss cheese, sandwich thin
 
2:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
3:30 pm salad: hard boiled egg, 1 cucumber, 2 slices tomato, 1/4 cup raw peas, 1 oz caesar dressing   4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade   6:00 pm 5 oz fried chicken breast, 1/4 cole slaw


Totals for the day:

Calories: 1468
Fat: 59.1
Carbs: 99.3
Protein: 148.5

Not bad at all..And as I look over the carbs..they were good carbs. The sandwich thin wasn't too bad, just 1/4 of those carbs came from that..

I strayed from my plan, and I stayed up late to watch TV and had an unplanned and unnecessary snack.
0830-oatmeal with splenda and a boiled egg
1030-apple
1200-turkey chili w rf cheese and baked tostitos
1430-fiber one bar
1700-sting cheese
1830-2 slices delite pizza
2300-turkey and rf cheese roll up with 8 rf wheat thins
60 0z 0f jus****er. 24 oz crystal lite and 12 oz of tea decaf all my vits. I did an hour of Zumba. Pretty carby; I will try to watch that  today! I am going to bed early tonight!

The weather is the culprit..it's humid and back up into the 100's...nasty weather! Record temps in LA too...113 degrees. They must be melting down there!

I totally understand the unplanned stuff..my weekends are the bain of my existence...I have such a hard time when I don't limit what I am allowed to eat. My lunch bag is my limit. I pack it carefully and thoughtfully but when I'm home on the weekends...no planning means I'm totally running wild. Retirement is gonna be really really hard, if I ever get there.

You did alright. You didn't run completely amok. and you did Zumba..Great job..
