 1 slice of ezekiel bread
1 hard cooked egg
1 T. Peanut butter

ff plain greek yogurt
2 T Oat Bran

1 cup of turkey chili leftover from Sunday dinner

1 mozzarella stick
1 stick celery

fish
steamed brocoli

ezekiel bread with nutella & banana - grilled on panini press


One day at a time.

For monday I have planned the following:

1/4 serving protein waffles w/ sugar free syrup..maybe a half a granny smith apple microwaved till alittle soft too..I'm needing the fiber! I made the waffles ahead of time and all I have to do is pop 1/4 of a waffle in the microwave as I'm drinking the last of my coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss..

24 oz container of water on my way to work.

Snack will be mozzarella cheese and slice of turkey breast deli meat once I get to work.

24 oz container of water half hour after that.

Maybe another 24 oz container of water before lunch

Lunch will be...not really sure yet. I'm thinking a can of tuna and a salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and thawed frozen peas with zesty italian dressing..yeah..that will work. Or the tuna on a sandwich thin, whole grain with lettuce and a slice of swiss..yeah that would work too.

24 oz container of water, usually with caffeine since the afternoon hits me with nappy feelings.

Snack will be a nectarine and a hard boiled egg. or another container of water and THEN the snack.

24 oz container of water for the drive home.

Not at all sure what we will have for dinner monday..thinking chicken thighs..grilled and french fries..

For dessert, possibly a single serving bag of microwave kettle corn..possibly an ounce of honey roasted peanuts or a sugar free cookie with peanut butter..

24 oz container of water (or part of one) before bedtime.

Really, planning is the key. If I don't plan, I tend to lean towards failure..And to plan, you really have to think about it and think ahead

B-protein drink with soy milk or a veggie egg beater omellette at work if I do not get up early enough for the protein drink-I actaully had oatmeal with splenda and a boiled egg
L-1/2 sandwich on wheat and cup of soup-I brought Turkey Chili and baked tostitos
D-Turkey chili sounds good and I have everything; I tyhink I will make it now
Snacks are usually cottage cheese and a fruit cup at work and rf string cheese and rf wheat thins at home.An apple microwaved sounds good too. I plan on an hour of Zumba after work tomorrow.

So far, so good.

Water so far today:  32 ounces.
