Accountability - Sunday
Today was not a bad day. I realized something though..When I stepped on the scale this morning, I'm up two pounds..2 pounds!?! I didn't actually panic but I did think it through and you know what? I haven't eaten enough fruit and that means, nothing coming out..silly me! I'm stopped up because there haven't been enough good carbs. What a dumb bunny I have been this weekend..so you'll see more fruit come tonight!
My eats for Sunday:
B: 1/4 serving protein waffles with 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
2B: 1/2 a six egg omelet with mushrooms (not enough fiber in this) about 1/4 cup hashed browns with some sausage gravy from dh's biscuits and gravy (no fiber at all!)
L: the other half of that omelet with alittle pizza sauce on top..(still, no fiber at all!)
Dinner: 3.25 oz meat loaf with spaghetti meat sauce and pizza sauce (and parm cheese)..no fiber either..
Snack: 1/2 cup apple sauce and 1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese..FINALLY, some fiber..
So we're back on track..The weekends are the hardest for me cuz it's so much off-track eating..no times, little measurement..
Ah well, it can be fixed over the next couple of days..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1643
Fat: 99.1
Carbs: 81.6 (and hardly any of them GOOD carbs! BAD GIRL)
Protein: 113.7
Not bad on the protein and the carbs, had they been good carbs, would have been respectable..but hardly stellar..

I am ready to go back to work! I love my new job as a nurse educator! This was a hard weekend. DH was in a mood and so was I. Apparently he did not get the memo that only one mood is allowed at a time! I am just tired from not much sleep, he doesnt have an excuse!
1000-fried egg rf cheese, turkey bacon on a 100 cal thin
1400-2 slices delite pizza
1900-roast beef, mashed potatoes/cauliflower and gravy
2000-8 junior moints and 5 milk duds
I have a cup of peppermint tea brewing and may try your microwaved apple with stevia and cinnamon. I had one serving of animal crackers during Sunday School. I was tired from working late and the kids were out of sorts too! We walked outside and ate animal crackers to shake off our funk.
All my water and such no exercise except cleaned two bathrooms and did all the laundry in the house including linens and such.

Maybe it's a change of weather funk..I'm really finding myself more than alittle irritated that the weather hasn't broken and that the temps are still in the 100's..I want cooler weather for the first time in a LONG time..
I microwaved a cut up 1/2 apple with just a sprinkle of cinnamon to put on top of my waffle this morning. We'll see. I seriously doubt that I'll lose the FOUR pounds now that I'm up..but it will be one crappy day (pardon the pun, there).
