I'm so ready for the weekend..I have plans already for my birthday coming up and I'm excited about it. Nothing really special but I'm going to be looking forward to it for a while! And then my son's birthday is coming up too...my baby is 19 years old..sheesh..that makes me feel old..
My eats for Friday:
5:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup and my vitamins without calcium (and my meds!)
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1 sugar free cookie with peanut butter (this is getting really bad!)
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:00 am 1 med nectarine
10:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:15 am 4 oz meat loaf, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce with meat
12:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:30 pm 1 T Amoxocillin (yum!)
1:30 pm 1/2 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 2 slices cucumber, 1/8 cup fresh peas, 1 oz cesear dressing
2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
3:00 pm 1 plum
3:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

6:30 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin with tomato, lettuce, pickle relish and some thousand island dressing..yum

Wow...where did that fat number come from? Hmmm. I'm having a good day and then pop up with that number while I wasn't looking. Yikes. Well, maybe it was the real cheddar cheese? Nope. I double checked the totals..sigh..hi fat! How are YOU?
Still, all in all, it's not too bad.

1300-grilled fish tacos with beans and few tortilla chips with salsa
1500-1/2 cupcake
1830-baked tostitos with rf mexican cheese, taco meat, salsa and rf sour cream
2100-sun chips- should of had protein but didn't!
all my water and such, no exercise but finally ran Thursday, just 3 miles. I am glad to be done with that flu!

I'm of the belief that if you don't celebrate your birthday anymore, you're probably officially OLD...so as September ends, I get excited for my birthday even though I'm WAY past being young anymore. 52 this year. LOL. Middle age to me means I can celebrate it if I want and flip off the ones who think I'm crazy. LOL.
I'm sure glad you're feeling better. You probably didn't even have a chance to get a flu shot! I think I'll call my allergist this week and see if he has them so I can get mine early. The last time I had the flu it turned into pneumonia and that was NO fun at all.
Great list..even if you had chips instead of protein..I'm having trouble in that direction lately. Those carbs keep calling me. I just have to catch some control and crave something else.
