Accountability - Thursday
I'm still all plugged up..After the anchovies last night the scale was not happy with me this morning either...two pounds up. Try not to panic..LOL. The allergist says it's a sinus infection..woo hoo...not allergies.
My eats for thursday:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle with about 1/3 serving sugar free syrup..vitamins without calcium
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
8:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:00 am 1 small pizza with cheese, sauce and 2.5 oz steak
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Orange Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1 plum, raw
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
2:00 pm hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Cherry Blossom Tea
4:15 pm 1 sugar free oatmeal cookie with peanut butter
5:00 pm 1 sugar free oatmeal cookie with peanut butter (getting bored waiting for steaks to get grilled so I grilled them myself!)
5:30 pm 3 oz T-Bone steak, 1/2 cup salad, 1 oz baked yam, 1 oz cesar dressing
