Off and running today. Allergies seem to be subsiding but I'm still going to call the allergist and see if he has any ideas on medication that won't peter out on me too soon..

8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
9:20 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 1 plum, raw
10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Iced Tea
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/ Half and Half and splenda
12:45 pm 4.25 oz chicken thigh and leg meat, 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup raw peas, 5 slices cucumber, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz thousand island dressing ** Well, most of this anyway
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
2:30 pm the rest of that chicken salad, 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
6:15 pm 5 oz meat loaf, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup canned green beans
7:30 pm 1 cup grapes, raw

Protein: 100.5
I probably could have done without the grapes but it's alright. I needed the calories. I did alright..not perfect but alright.
