It's for Monday...

 Activity today:
Walk two miles - yeah!  I want to get out there but having trouble getting going on my own.  Connected with a girlfriend and we have committed to getting together twice a week to walk.

Food:
B:  1 egg
S:  1/2 c ff cottage cheese with flax seeds and cinnamon
L:  greek yogurt with oat bran for fiber 
S:  greek yogurt with oat bran (just discovered this today and LOVE it!)
D:  two slices of ff cheese, 2 oz salmon, 1 oz beef

Nurture self:
Took time out during the day to step away before stress would set in.  
One day at a time.
Meet this goal and get a new pair of jeans for social league at the CAC!
