Accountability - Saturday
Oh boy! I find it hard to list what I ate today. I've been craving peanuts for some time so I got some today and .... I really messed up. Well, you'll see:
B: 1/2 serving protein waffles with nothing but sugar free syrup..ate this in two servings cuz we got up so early!
2B: 6 egg cheese omelet, hashed browns (about a half cup)
L: 1/4 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin..
Snack 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Snack: 1 cup grapes
Snack: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts (actually a couple of handfuls throughout the day)
D: 4 oz steak, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2 tablespoon margarine
Dessert? NO way! I couldn't even think about it. Maybe some nice chocolate hazelnut tea before bed but if I put one more calorie in my face, I think I'll have to wear a bag over my head for several days!

Ouch. I'm looking for a bag to put over my head right now..Wow..I did horrible. So I may just have to go all liquids tomorrow...not really but sheesh, I sure can fall off a wagon!
If I analyse the whole day I think the first error was eating 1/4 of the waffle TWICE..and then the breakfast in town before we went shopping..and all those peanuts. They were so good. But I'm gonna be paying for that!
How did you do? A darn sight better than I did, I'm thinkin..

all my water and such but noe exercise, I am still quite fatigued! I love nuts, have to keep them at arms lengths!

Wow. You've been feeling ill for a long time. Have you seen the doctor? I know I have had really bad allergies lately but if it doesn't clear up, I'll be running in soon myself. I actually got some OTC Claritin for later. it seems to come certain times of the day, like something is blooming only those times..crazy.
Take care of yourself. Your body is fighting off something so don't sweat the exercise..it can wait till you're feeling 100% again. Keep up the good work. See ya.
