I am so ready for the weekend. I miss the babies but the quiet is going to be really nice..
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup
6:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red (from the night stand last night!)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
8:00 am 1 pc Turkey Breast Deli Meat (what is the matter with me!? I can't remember BOTH the cheese stick AND the meat at the same time this week?)
8:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffle with 1 T peanut butter and 1 tsp sugar free honey
9:00 am 1 T peanut butter
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
10:30 am 1/2 a yummy barbeque sandwich with ham and roast beef on some really thick bread with parm cheese coating..I'll be stuffed for several hours but it was well worth it!
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fulfill Lemonade
2:15 pm 1/2 cup cole slaw that came with the bbq sandwich..not nearly as good as the sammich.

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Banana Strawberry
5:30 pm 4 oz fried tilapia, 1/3 medium potato, 1/2 T margarine, 1/3 cup canned green beans
5:45 pm 6 animal crackers

Not bad. I might be alittle low for the meat I had in that sandwich..Hmm. I'm thinking maybe something for dessert but not sure what I want..ooo..
