Accountability - Tuesday
I dont' think I've been this tired in 20 years! Too much going on at work and too much going on at home..I need some real rest..maybe this weekend! Caffeine is definitely the word this afternoon!
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, peanut butter and sugar free honey
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:10 am 1 slice turkey breast deli meat (yeah, I forgot the cheese stick!)
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
9:45 am 1/2 medium apple.
10:20 am 12 oz coffee/cappaccino (instant) and splenda
11:10 am chicken salad, 5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz raspberry dressing.
11:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup cole slaw
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Cool Raspberry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
6:00 pm Polish Sausage on a low carb Bun, mustard, sauerkraut

Well, those numbers are low..Not sure what that means...maybe the stress is taking over again or the fatigue..not sure which but we'll see what tomorrow brings.
