Ah, sleeping in is so easy! Back to work at 12:30 today.

6:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 medium banana, 1/2 serving sugar free syrup
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
10:00 am 2 fried eggs, 2 oz ham, 1/2 cup hashed browns, cup of coffee, 1.5 slices rye toast
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:30 pm 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 cup grapes
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
2:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:45 pm hard boiled egg
3:15 pm 1 medium apple, raw and 2 T peanut butter
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
6:15 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo on a sandwich thin

Wow...how did that happen? not enough protein and way too many carbs..Well, do overs are in effect tomorrow. It's crazy around here for the next couple of days...I may have to take my do-overs next week too..

I found some of those Hawaiin Punch singles at Rite aid last week. I have never seen them anywhere else. They were on sale for a $1 a box. I slept in today on accident until 7. I am usually up by 6!

1700 1/2 of a scone from the fair- pre zumba
1900-other half of scone-post zumba
2000-hamburger patty rf cheese, sandwich thin raspberries
2200-5 rolos
All my water and such. An hour of zumba in a room that was so hot that I almost left! I have never been that sweaty in my life from Zumba-yuck! I did not cook any meals this weekend to be ahead of the game and am regretting it! I like to know what i am eating somewhat.

It's usually a dollar a box everywhere. If I can find anything that is 10 packets for a dollar, I snatch that up really quick. That's why I have the weird flavors and brands cuz I'm always grabbing them at the dollar store or Big Lots or whereever. I found Wyler's at Winco the other day in bonus packs 10/box..At $1 a box of 8 it's still alot better than $1.50 for a box of 10..which is what the Great Value ones are at Walmart when they're on sale..Lately they've been $1.98 for a box..ouch! So I'm drinking alot more Hawaiian Punch and Wylers even though I really REALLY like the GV Strawberry.
That lack of planning really hurts. We had that big barbeque last weekend so I have chicken leg meat coming out my ears! I'm using it every way I can think of..mostly on a salad but it works well every way I do it from a quesadilla to a barbeque cheese sandwich or whatever.
Last week I made up two whole batches of protein waffles and have them stashed in the fridge so all I have to do is tear off a square (1/4 serving) and pop it in the toaster...not making any noise for our guests or anything and it's quick..I'll need to make some more tonight while everyone is awake..LOL. I guess I could do that with scrambled eggs too! And bacon..
You did pretty good in any case. Keep up the good work. It's not wrong to have slippage one week..Have a great one.
