 Good day back in the saddle.  Kind of late and want to get this done because I really want to snack.  
SOMETHING FOR ME TODAY:
Coffee at Starbucks.  Took the time out to play a video game with my kids.
Did my yoga but overslept so I did it this evening

So, for tomorrow...

ACTIVITY:
Will be a travel day for work after sitting in a meeting that lasts all day.  I am thinking either hot tub or pilates in my hotel room

FOOD:
B:  1 egg and turkey sausage
S:  Mozzerella stick
L:  salad
S:  cottage cheese with protein powder
D:  vegetarian frozen dinner
S:  coffee for car ride...
One day at a time.
