It's for Monday...
Hi friends! I am thrilled to be back after a August break. Had an awesome adventure flying to Denver, CO then driving to Newport Beach, CA. with my kids. My husband stayed back on this trip because he had just returned from a trip with my father. None the less, our time out west was amazing! Now school has started and I am getting back into a routine. The regular posting of food is key. While I was away and spending many many hours driving and reflecting, I decided to add a physical activity piece. I am also going to list that first. This was most critical in my weight loss and need to be kept a priority. The food is obviously important too.
SOMETHING FOR ME TODAY:
I relaxed and took time to just sit in between bouts of housework/errands. Just felt like it was a day I purposefully 'took it easy'
So, for tomorrow...
ACTIVITY:
Get up early and do my yoga for inflexible people DVD
FOOD:
B: 1 egg and turkey sausage
S: Mozzerella stick
L: protein powder and ff cottage cheese
S: Salad with some tuna on top
D: Kobe steak and a green vegetable
S: protein shake

Good activity and nurturing of self. Food went well until this evening. Got distracted and tired so I got snacky when the kids returned from a late practice.

S: Salad with some tuna on top Had some fussy cheese and 3 crackers
D: Kobe steak and a green vegetable Check - rock on!
S: protein shake No. Vanilla crackers. Bad choice. I wish I referred to this list because I would have made a much wiser choice! We'll try this again tomorrow!
