Accountability - Friday
Well, better late than never. This time I included my evening snack..interesting stuff. We hit the ground running this morning and actually got to eat the breakfast special at our fav restaurant on our way to town to go grocery shopping for the party on Sunday..
My eats for the day (ALL OF THEM):
B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 granny smith apple (slightly microwaved) with sugar free syrup
2B: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices bacon, hashed browns (about 1/8 cup) and a slice of wheat toast
24 oz drink mix in water
24 oz drink mix in water
L: 4 oz chicken thigh broiled, 1 cup cabbage, 1/2 cucumber and 1 oz raspberry pom dressing
24 oz drink mix, caffeinated
24 oz drink mix, peach tea I think
Snack: 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese, 1/2 granny smith apple, raw
24 oz drink Mix in water
D: flour tortilla cheese quesadilla with jack cheese, swiss cheese and cheddar cheese
Dessert: sugar free sugar cookie with peanut butter and 1/2 a sugar free fudgecicle.
I think maybe a nice warm cup of tea later but I'm sure I'm done eating for the evening..

Seems like this is where I end up each night if I have a snack after I've posted..usually in the evening it's a carby snack..Tonight I included my carby snack in the list.
I feel okay with that. I did alot of stuff today and didn't take a nap. I cleaned and cleaned and shampooed carpets..walked around for four hours shopping..
