One day of work..it wasn't bad. I find that I am better at what I eat while at work and I drink more water. Hmm. I need to work on that if I ever plan on retirement..

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea

9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fulfill, Wild Berry

10:00 am 1 corn tortilla, 2.5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/2 slice processed american cheese

11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

12:30 am 24o oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Orange

2:20 pm 1 corn tortilla, 2.5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/2 slice processed american cheese

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red

6:00 pm 1/3 lb sirloin cheese burger on a sandwich thin, processed american cheese

I did good..I'm out of popcorn so there isn't much else that would be a good snack..I'm sure I'll find something!

You did do well on your eating! I am at my desk here as manager for the last day; not sure how I feel to be honest. I am excited to start my new position as a nurse educator on Monday!

I guess you'll be a teacher for nurses? That's very cool. My family is lousy with teachers. I never wanted to be one but recently they have me teaching staff to use our accounting system and I'm finding that it's really gratifying..Maybe I should have been a teacher..or not. LOL.
