Accountability - Wednesday
After 7 days off, I'm headed to work tomorrow for a day. Then I'm off another three days. Our daughter will be here Sunday and we'll have a huge reception party for her and her family...It's been 12 years since she's been home..I'm excited over that and cleaning like a demon around here..
Here are my eats for Wednesday:
Early B: 1/4 serving protein waffle, sugar free syrup
24 oz drink mix and water
24 oz drink mix and water
2B: 6 egg cheese omelet
24 oz drink mix and water
Very late lunch: small chicken leg, leftovers from a previous barbeque
24 oz drink mix and water (this one caffeinated)
D: left over Thai food..this time I measured everything. I put a bit of soy sauce on the noodles and that proved to be too salty so I only had 1/4 cup of those..2.3 oz chicken thigh, 1 egg roll, 1 cup won ton soup..
I'm totally stuffed but I know I'll have to have a snack later and I'm out of microwave popcorn..maybe a sugar free cookie..

This is a totally different outcome from yesterday..I did pretty good. We'll see how I do tomorrow cuz I have a feeling it's gonna be stress city and that means LOW numbers.

1130-chicken ceasar w lite dressing
1500-Good by potluck-8 shrimp, 1/2 turkey wrap, 12 grapes, and a small slice of cake
1900-taco meat, lc tortilla,rf cheese, salsa, rf sour cream
2100-1 serving vanilla wafers and a rf string cheese
all my water and such. Missed my run because of the potluck and traffic.
