Accountability - Tuesday
Not a bad day. I had it all planned out but the dear hubby threw me for a loop when he suggested going out to dinner...Of course, I'd never say no to that. Went to Thai food..yum.
B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, sugar free syrup
2B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, peanut butter (I really intended not to go anywhere today!)
24 oz drink mix in water
Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
24 oz drink mix in water
L: 4 oz tilapia, tartar sauce, jack cheese on a sandwich thin
24 oz drink mix in water
Snack: hard boiled egg, small orange
24 oz drink mix in water
Dinner: 1 veggie egg roll, 1/2 cup wonton soup, 1/2 cup ramen noodles, 3 oz chicken thigh on a stick, a bite of broccoli beef (no fried rice to speak of)
now I'm drinking another 24 oz drink mix in water..
Didn't get much activity today but got all my vitamins..I did alright.

I am not sure I remember! I had to send my laptop back to Dell so I am without a home computer for a while.I love Thai food! I like the fresh spring rolls with the shrimp and mint;yumm!! I always get egg noodle soup with pork and shrimp. I had nothng planned out; hence my awful dinner that led to still being hungry and unsatisfied and 2 servings of vanilla wafers hopping in my mouth; than nausea. Vicious circle!

All my water, 4 mile walk on some serious hills! I ran 8.5 miles Monday so did not want to run but needed something to stretch my legs. Will run tonight probably 5 miles. I am supposed to do a half marathon on the 26th, not sure I feel ready! I am going to do 10 miles on Sunday; I will decide after that!

At least you still get nauseous when you have sugar..I'm not sure I do anymore and that's really scary. The last OH magazine did an article on food addictions and it's me all over the place. Wow..you did have issues with those carbs sneaking into your mouth!
Well, as we tend to beat ourselves up enough for those things, none of that here. Tomorrow you get something special...DO OVERS. I love that. and you walked 4 miles so it's all good..
