Accountability - Sunday
Not a horrible day. I did screw up pretty bad this afternoon..You'll see what I did.
B: 1/4 serving protein waffle with sugar free syrup
24 oz Drink Mix
2B: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup hashed browns
24 oz Drink Mix
24 oz Drink Mix
L: veggie patty on an oroweat sandwich thin with mayo
24 oz Drink Mix,
wine cooler (then dinner was delayed and I started feeling really whoozie..hypoglycemic reaction cuz the buz was all but gone on the alcohol..)
Snack: peanut butter and reduced fat wheat thins - yikes..scary feeling and then I felt sick..
D: 1/4 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin w/mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion - about 95% of it..no french fries at all.
Dessert (while everyone else had dutch apple pie with french vanilla ice cream) a sugar free fudgecicle - half of it.
Now I'm drinking another 24 oz of strawberry kool aide (sugar free version)
So here are the sad little totals:

Fat:81.3
Carbs: 146.0
Protein: 96.0
Yikes. Not horrible but not at all good either. I can do much better and I'll do that tomorrow.

0800-blueberry pancakes made with heart healthy Bisquick and a piece of bacon
1300-hamburger patty on a bagel thin and strawberries
1500-popcorn at movie and 4 milkduds
1830-steak, sweet potato, steamed brocoli
will have some blackberry desert later. All my water and such. No exercise.

Let me know if you liked substituting splenda in your recipe. Sometimes it works, sometimes I'm not real happy with the results.
