Not a busy day at all. Another nap. I'm thinking I need to double up on the b-12 tomorrow cuz I took a two hour nap and I'm ready for bed at the normal time...tired..

B: 1/4 protein waffle with sugar free syrup

2B: 3 egg cheese omelet (home made...never left the house!)

L: tilapia sandwich on a thin with mozzarella cheese and tartar sauce

Snack: 2 cups of potato chips (after this, carb coma)

Dinner: sirloin cheese burger on a sandwich thin with mayo and cheese

totals for the day:
Calories: 1941
Fat: 110.1
Carbs: 113.9
Protein: 138.5

Alot..alot of calories. alot of fat...Protein is where I want it but still. Those potato chips hurt pretty bad..They were 460 calories! YIKES>

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I am not sure how I did, could of been better could of been worse! I tried to nap before coming in to work tonight 7P-7A-Yuck! I like the money come Friday though!
0830-banana-post zumba
1000-eggs, hashbrowns and bacon
1330-hamburger patty on a bagel thin
1530-small DQ cone- ice cream to the cone only; I always save the rest for our black lab Rosie
1830-2 slices Papa Murphy DeLite pizza
Will eat again later around 0100 not sure what yet. An hour of Zumba all my water and such. I would be having sf blackberry cobbler if I remembered to bring some with me! We picked blackberries for hours today! Perfect weather, DD and her friend wanted to so we did. It was fun.
